Working Principle

Reverse osmosis is water purification process in which pre-treated & filtered water is connected to the high-pressure pump where pressure is developed and fed to the RO membranes. Reverse Osmosis membranes work on the Cross flow Filtration method where the salts get rejected partially and deliver pure water. Purified water is referred to as product and waste water is referred to as concentrate or reject. The percent of water delivered as product is called the recovery. The ratio of recovery & output parameters depend upon the feed water quality, type of membrane, temperature and total RO unit design considerations.

Working Principle

Raw water is passed through the Multi grade media filter,contains anthracite at a top layer of media followed by fine & Coarse Garnet and quartz sand supported by pebbles and gravels. Multi grades of media and layers provide extra ordinary dirt holding capacity at various level of total media depth and produce unparalleled filter water quality.
During the filtration cycle the largest particles are strained out by the anthracite, coarse and fine sand, Coarse & fine garnet though a combination of adhesion and straining. Since the particles in the water are filtered out at various depths in a multimedia filter, the filter does not clog as quickly as if all of the particles were all caught by the top layer.

Working Principal

Ultra filtration is a unique pressure-driven physical separation process in which the water is passed through porous (partially permeable) membranes with pore sizes in the range of 0.1 to 0.01 micron.These membranes are in the form of long hollow fibers. The result is high pure water free from physical and biological contamination.

Ultra filtration is not fundamentally different from micro filtration or nano filtration, except in terms of the size of the molecules it retains.Ultra filtration is applied in cross-flow or dead-end mode and separation in ultra-filtration undergoes concentration polarization.

How it Will Work

Flow Process

It's start with Pair where Two material holding tanks are will be used for daily generated waste with approx 25 days of curing. One need to fill the first tank which allows to feed daily waste from up till 20 days . there after second tank will be in use for feeding waste for another 20 days. Mixing system will operate automatically every 3 hours in a day. First batch of compost will be ready on 40th day from the date of first input. Second and other continue batch's of compost will be ready within 3 weeks. During this batch process Advance aerobic composting technology which convert waste in to compost within 20 days with high nutrition value through micro organisms based composting method.

In the current Scenario, small wastewater treatment plants have become very much complicated. Many developments in the branch have only taken place because they were possible – not because they are necessary.

In general, A standard SBR (Sequential batch Rector) having a small capacity wastewater treatment plant have up to 4 solenoid valves or pumps, which can malfunction anytime. The control systems have ever more functions and ever more sensors, which can fail or stop Functioning. Many firms even offer to equip the small wastewater treatment plants with an internet connection in order, in this way, to monitor the function. The result is that operation, scheduled servicing, and repair of the plants have become increasingly complicated in recent years.

Making Ease of Operation& keeping it simple & secure, shubham has brought German Technology called I-McWater by ATB for Small size Waste Water Treatment Plant like individual bungalows, farmhouses and even for ……… Applications

The water flows via the primary settling stage
(1) into the SBR tank
(2). The intermittent aeration takes place in the SBR tank, and that so long until the mechanical ball valve
(3) float activates the air flow pump
(4) due to the higher water level. First, through this activation, the sludge return flow takes place in several short pump strokes. Now follows the settling. With this, the sludge sinks in the SBR tank. The airlift pump is activated again and now transports the treated water out of the plant
(7). A valve
(6) integrated into the outlet differentiates between short pump strokes (= excess sludge draw-off) and longer pump operation (= clarified water draw-off). With minimum water level, the airflow is again switched from the airlift pump to the pipe aerator
(8). The sequence starts again from new. The cycle is thus not controlled time-dependent but rather water level-dependent.
